Spoiled Brats' Return PolicyIt is our policy that you are 100% completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return your item in new condition within 30 days from receipt of purchase. Returning Your Item
Please contact us before returning any merchandise. We will issue you an email with a RMA number that you will need to print and include in your returning package. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. This fee is not refundable. For excellent and cost effective services, we recommend USPS Priority mail for all your shipping needs. Once we have received your item, we will process and refund your account. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed. Please note that your financial institution may take up to five business days to reflect this transaction.
Exchanging Your Item
Please contact us before scheduling an exchange of merchandise. We will issue you an email with a RMA number that you will need to print and include in your returning package. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. This fee is not refundable. For excellent and cost effective services, we recommend USPS Priority mail for all your shipping needs. Once your item has been received and process, we will ship the merchandise exchange within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. You will be notified via email containing the exchanging information and the shipping tracking number of your new order.
Shipping fees
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS. We ship via USPS Priority Mail both nationally and internationally. All orders are shipped within two business days from the time the purchase. (Most orders are shipped within 24 hrs.) Overnight shipping via USPS Express can be arranged with an additional cost.
